excessive data volume reached

Google apparently did come through with their threats to stop collecting data for my website on 1/6/16 even though each week we were decreasing out hits to them. Our latest production release supposedly will have reduced the # of hits to GA significantly and got us under the 10m monthly quota cap.

Will Google give us access to reporting after the site falls under the 10m monthly hit cap?

Does anyone know what are some next steps we could take to getting out data restored?

I’m not having much luck finding anything online.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello GA Guru - I've read this article before. It does not address what happens when Google actually does stop making reporting available.
