account access

Hi,

We had a Google analytics account of our previous site before we changed to a responsive site, just after the site went responsive the marketing manager left, leaving her replacement in control of the website.

Now we cannot access the Google analytics for our website as the new marketing manager doesn't have any of the account details neither does anyone else in the firm. Is there anyway to access to the account without starting a new account?

Please help we have a deadline to meet Smiley Happy

Hi Laura,

Best to contact the former marketing manager to get his access.

If he isn't reachable but has been using a company email address to access Google Analytics, set up a redirect to another email address in your company mail server and set up a new password for the Google account of his email address [1].

If he isn't reachable and has been using a private email address that's bad luck ... In that case and in the case you are a current Google AdWords user you may turn to the AdWords hotline [2] for help in that issue.
