We have a site that has Google Analytics but are not sure whose email it is under

Hello,

Our company is looking to gain access to the Google Analytics for our website, but we are not sure which employee the original account was created under. They are likely not with the company any longer.

Our code is: UA-44274632-17

Is there any way that we can gain access to the account by adding a line of code to the website, or contacting you with our company domain email?

Thank you,

Dean S.

Hi Dean, sorry to hear you are having GA access issues.

Sounds like you will need to do an account recovery.  There is a comprehensive post by Niall in the following thread on how to go about doing this (its the one marked as best answer)

You will need to create an Adwords account to access the support option. It doesn't cost anything to create the adwords account, it does not need to have any data setup and running in it etc.. it is just for support purposes

Thanks
