User is already added to account but not in list
Earlier this week I added a user to a property within Google Analytics. That user has since confirmed they can access the data.
Now I need to amend their permissions, but the user is no longer in the list, on any level: account, property or view.
If I try to re-add them, I get the error User is already added to account, which is consistent with the fact they can access the data.
- Why can I not see the email address in the list of users?
- How do I amend permissions for an account that exists but does not appear in the list?

Haven't seen this kind of issue before. Presumably, it's a bug.
Try deleting all of your browser cookies or use another browser.
If this email still doesn't appear, you should contact Google's official support: https://support.google.com/analytics/contact/adminleft_ga?hl=en&cfnti=Admin_left_the_company&cft=3
I guess, they will get back to you in 24 hours.
