User Manager no longer with company
To whom this may concern,
My name is Alexa reaching out to you on behalf of my employer KW Insurance. I started here back in August of 2015 and have been having to transfer all of the user names associated with my employer to my own information to gain access. This is the same issue I am having here. Susan Theus is the current administrator of the account, and we do not have access to the user email or password. I can give you other information necessary in order to make this switch, but can someone please help me switch the information from her user email and password to my own?
