Tracking Code is not working

Tracking Code is not collecting data for our domain jemmafinancial.com. I have placed the analytics code before the closing head section. However, we are using a vimeo video on the page and providing it within a magnific popup. That popup uses an iframe method and I presume it has some sort of analytics pre-built from vimeo.

Google Tag Assistant shows 2 analytics. One for the page and one for the video. It says tracking code is outside of the head and tag is included in an iframe in the optimization area.

Could this be possible for no page analytics to show?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks! Lance

Hi,

I see only a single tracking tag, installed correctly in the head tag.

Was the issue resolved in the meantime?

Thank you Arnold, sadly no. It still has not shown up. My archived notifications from the Chrome Google Tag Asst. says its resolved but if you go into Analytics > Tracking I still get the 'no data received'

I'm using WP so I might add a GA plugin and take out the hard-coded GA part. Let the plugin provide the code and see what happens.

something is gone array in google. Whenever I set a filter to exclude my IP address from traffic is stops the code from tracking when you check it in the 'Tracking Code'. When I delete it, it tracks!

Hi,

I checked your site with the Google Tag Assistant Chrome extension and everything seems to be fine with your tracking tag. I checked the source code and it appears properly before the closing body tag.

The problem is that in property settings you selected http:// instead of https:// and you are redirecting http to https so GA is unable to detect the code at the http location. Change that setting to https:// and it should resolve the issue. Just click "check again" below the warning and GA will re-check your implementation soon. Hope this helps.
