Switched from Google to Microsoft - trying to regain control of our account
We attempted to log in to our Google account about a month after switching from Google Suite to Office 365. After being prompted to 'update our email' we were given 2 options: Create a new @gmail address or enter an existing email address. We opted for the 'external', re-entering the same address that we were attempting to log in with. After verifying the address and logging in, we discovered that all our Analytics / Youtube channel was gone; even though our videos are still visible when searching YouTube.
We have found the following documentation but aren't sure who to contact for further help.
If you've deleted your Google Account or changed the email address of your Google Account, you will not be able to access your Analytics account. Please note that deleting a Google account deletes the Google services associated with that account. To restore your access to your Analytics account, please create a new Google Account with the same email address and contact us with the login email. However, if your Google Account was associated with a Gmail account, you will not be able to recreate your old Gmail account.
