Super Admin change

The person who originally set up our Google Analytics account set it up on a personal email - we have a login, but it doesn't have full admin rights, only partially.   This person says they have removed themselves as an admin, but that doesn't give us access to add users or modify the super admin.   Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Hi James,
Do you have an Adwords account ? If yes contact Adwords support team they will help you. If not create one Adwords account for your website and contact support team. BTW you can reclaim your GA account by following all the steps mentioned in below article.

Hope this helps.
Thanks
