Site Has a UA number, but no GA Account?

I have a website with GA tracking code on it, http://www.riverplacedental.com/
It doesn't seem to have an Analytics account associated with it.
I don't think it's possible to have a UA number without having an account, but we can't find the email that originally created it.
What can I do to access that account?

<script>
(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
(i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new
Date();a=s.createElement(o),

m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
})(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');

ga('create', "UA-13182732-1", 'auto');
ga('send', 'pageview');
</script>

Hi :-)

The site also has PIWIK tracking installed on it too

<!-- Start Piwik Code -->
<script type="text/javascript">
  var _paq = _paq || [];
  _paq.push(["trackPageView"]);
  _paq.push(["enableLinkTracking"]);

  (function() {
    var u=(("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https" : "http") + "://ofc.wa.ibsrv.net/";
    _paq.push(["setTrackerUrl", u+"piwik.php"]);
    _paq.push(["setSiteId", 466]);
    var d=document, g=d.createElement("script"), s=d.getElementsByTagName("script")[0]; g.type="text/javascript";
    g.defer=true; g.async=true; g.src=u+"piwik.js"; s.parentNode.insertBefore(g,s);
  })();
</script>
<noscript><img src="//ofc.wa.ibsrv.net/piwik.php?idsite=466&amp;rec=1" style="border:0" alt="" /></noscript>
<!-- End Piwik Code -->

Who developed/built the site for you? Would they have possibly added the GA and Piwik tracking to the site?

That's possible.

I think there's a corporate web hosting/development company involved.

I just took them on yesterday and nobody seems to know how to see their analytics.

That might be my next call.

If you contact them and still no joy, you can try an account recovery

There is a comprehensive post by Niall in the following thread on how to go about doing this
(its the one marked as best answer)
