Sharing and permissions - setting permissions for a specific page

I would like to set up permissions for several specific pages in our analytics account, having read how to on the Google support website I am struggling to find the 'more action' button to select 'sharing and permissions' so then I can enable and turn on page level permissions. Is it on analytics that I should be able to see this button?

Kind Regards

Hi Hannah,

Permissions can be granted on three levels:

Account = Everything (all properties and views) that collects in the account

Property = Access to data from on of up to 50 properties and all of the views contained within that property (A users journey - typically on one domain -- should be coded with 1 property)

View = All data from the Property or a curated subset of data that is created by using view filters.

Each user can have view access, collaborate access (view plus can add annotations, see goal configurations, change shared assets) or Edit which is collaborate plus the ability to make changes to settings, delete, etc. And then an additional permission is to manage users.

If you only want to provide access to a subset of pages, you'll need to create a new view and apply filters to shape the data that is collected. What filters to use really depends on what you want someone to see.
