Im my search console I have 32 clicks, but in Google Analytics, I have 37.98.

Hi Marcel :-)
They are both tracking different things in different ways

Acquisition > All Traffic > Source / Medium report is tracking users as they land on your website pages, it is tracking all organic google visits eg web, image search, etc and defaults to showing data for the past 30 days prior to today

Google Search Console is tracking clicks on queries in search results.. it defaults to showing data for web search only, and defaults to showing data for the past 28 days prior to the past two days.

If you link Search Console to Google Analytics, then Search Console can import its data into GA and you can view it in the Acquisition > SEO reports
