Recovering an account

Hope someone can help.  We had an intern set up an account for analytics.  It has sat for a few years not really being used but now we want to start using it again.  This issue is that apparently nobody got any password information for her and the recovery account she used was a personal email, not company email.  The email was not used for communication so I have no way to use the verify identity forms since there are not 5 top contacts or labels or anything like that.

Is there some way to get control of this account again.  We want to use it, but also have concerns with an email address not secured and having someone not associated with the company potentially able to view web info.

Thanks in advance

Jon
