Property repeatedly trashed by someone not listed as a user.

I keep getting informed that a user with an indian sounding name @gmail keeps sending the property for my site to the trash.

Admin > User Management doesn't have their email listed at all - so it's not like I can just revoke some permissions to fix this.

Anyone able to help?

Hi,

just to make sure:
If you go to the user management and insert that username to search box and press search it does not find it?

You do not have any other properties that could have the same name in different account?

looks like there's two properties with the same name but different numbers.

I have control over the wrong (unused) one unfortunately and can't boot
this guy from deleting the main one (someone else set up the acct)

Am i able to migrate/copy the data across to another number and keep the
stats?

Hi,

that's a bummer and bad news on top of that: No can do with the migration.

Best option is to get yourself on top of that other property or better on that account.
