One or two Analytics accounts?[ Edited ]

I have a Web site in two languages, English and Russian. Both sites are advertised by one AdWords campaign (not by two separate campaigns, because I want Google to automatically optimize CPC, rather than entering budgets separately). Russian part of the site also contains links to my YouTube videos.
Now my question: Should I have one or two sites and/or accounts in Google Analytics? Please advise me how to split the analytics into two parts correctly: by having two accounts, two sites, or just one site.
