No email received
For a company I work for I have scheduled numerous PDF reports. One user in this company does not receive these emails.
- We have added other users using the same mail extensions and everyone does receive the Google Analytics emails.
- We checked spam boxes, both globally and in the users accounts, no trace of the email
- We checked all incoming mail at server level, everyone's mail from Google is listed, except for this single user
- We tried different attachments (CSV versus PDF), no effect.
- We retyped the email address, we put the email address at the end of the other addresses, no effect.
Now we're clueless... what can be the problem?
Does Google have a sort of 'blacklist'...?
