For a company I work for I have scheduled numerous PDF reports. One user in this company does not receive these emails. 

 

  • We have added other users using the same mail extensions and everyone does receive the Google Analytics emails.
  • We checked spam boxes, both globally and in the users accounts, no trace of the email
  • We checked all incoming mail at server level, everyone's mail from Google is listed, except for this single user
  • We tried different attachments (CSV versus PDF), no effect.
  • We retyped the email address, we put the email address at the end of the other addresses, no effect.

 

Now we're clueless... what can be the problem?

Does Google have a sort of 'blacklist'...?

Do you use Gmail for work ? In some cases enabling the 2-step verification method may work or reviewing the filter settings for an email may give you some insights here.

No it is at the company's domain, not Gmail.
