Need Help Gaining Access to Google+ Page and GA Account

Long Story short - we hired a company for our SEO. The know longer work for us and haven't for 18 months. They don't remeber the credentials to "new" google account they created for us where our google+ page is housed and our GA account. We believe it to be https://plus.google.com/115931496060395847352 this account. Two tracking codes are already showing on our page source.

Website https://www.scrippsrockdental.com/

('create', 'UA-51761068-7', 'auto');

('create', 'UA-83014206-2', 'auto');

We are the business owners and own the domain name, website, etc. How can we gain access to this account to view our GA reports? We don't want to start over again and have 3 google plus pages floating around along with multiple UA tracking codes. Can someone from Google help us? We've tried the password reset and none of the data matches our phone numbers or current emails.

Hi @Scripps R,

your site contains multiple GA tags as you have mentioned above, out of which one is working correctly while the other is not properly embedded, you have to remove one analytics code.

For accessing to GA account try using the emails which you have given access to the SEO company to login. If you are unable to login to the GA account you will have to apply for account recovery in order to prevent your historical data. Here is complete details about gaining access to the GA account by using recovery process.

Hope this help, follow us @MarketLytics

kind regards

Thanks for the reply. We've tried contacting the company and they don't remember either. They set up the account so we have no access. We're not sure which email it's even tied too. We've logged into every email account we have.

How can we contact a google account specialist? The link takes us to a closed forum.
