Hi @ron h,

The pages are one in the same. You will need to use the email account you originally used for the specific Google Analytics account. If you are using a email account that never created or associated with Google Analytics, it will welcome you as a new user and offer to create a new one.

Kind Regards,

James

I tried this and when I called the adWords number the representative said they had no idea how to help me recover the Analytics account, since they are adWords, not Analytics.  Is there a contact number or email I can use from Analytics to get this resolved?
