I have taken over the management of a GA Account that has several sub properties. I want to move each property into its own account. Is this possible?

Technically it is possible, but it will be manual process.

Also report data cant be moved, with new property reporting will start from scratch.

Ok - Can you outlined the steps in the manual process to move the properties around?

Create a new property and use its JS code on the website page.
