Move property to a new account

Hello,

I've read the other threads on this subject, but unfortunately the information hasn't helped. Whenever I go to the "Move property tab" in the admin area, the "Select destination" drop down menu remains empty and the search option doesn't work. Both accounts have all user permissions switched on.

Thanks in advance,

Matt.

Hi Matt C :-)
Do you have Edit and Manage User permissions at the GA Account level (not Property level) for both the source and destination GA Accounts

Hi Bronwyn,

Thanks for the reply! By that do you mean in GA you click the admin area, users and then allow the user permissions here for Edit and Manage User? If so, yes.
