Issue with verification via SMS

Hi there,

 

I tried to verify a client's analytics account with their cell phone number (It's a South African number and that format has already been chosen in the selection box) and it keeps coming up saying that the number cannot be used to verify the account. I then used their financial director's number and the same thing happened. Please can someone give me advice on how to rectify this issue?

Hi Catherine,
I think you are trying to sign-up on GA not to verify GA account. Don't enter any number in Mobile Phone section just fill captcha. I hope it will work.

It is specifically asking me for to verify via SMS not to enter a captcha code.

OK, do one thing use any other number like you can use your personal number after verifying you can change the number from setting.
