Increase in sales / strange sources of conversions
I have the next problem:
Our firm is about 6 month on the market, and we hace already have 2 ad campaigns.
First campaign generate 3 sales, so we change the layout of page (by adding CTA elements and improving UX) and spend time planning new marketing strategy.
And haven't got any sales during the pause between campaign.
But since new Adwords campaign has started, we have averagely 1 sale per day.
Obviosly, new campaign increase conversions.
But besides this, in Adwords and GA conversions reports there are only 2 conversions (out of 24) from Adwords campaigns, and others are from organic and direct.
So it is strangely, that we have the most conversions from direct.
+ We always have a difference in clicks and session. Number of sessions is lower.
What do you think, where the problem is?

It looks like your target url is not tagged with url parameters
You can use this to build your campaign tagged url
Also there will be a difference in adwords clicks and GA sessions which is explained here

Thank you for an answer,
But as I know, Awords campaign are tagged automaticly.
We have really huge difference between clicks and sessions (about 30%), i think that these reasons can't explain such gap.
