I've added a new user to Analytics, but he cannot log in

I added permissions for an employee to access our analytics, but when he logs in it just brings him to a page that says: 

 

"We are sorry, but you do not have access to Analytics. Please contact your domain administrator for access."

 

I've been struggling with this for months. It is only his email address that has this problem, we have been able to add other users with no issue.

Hi Michael,

Give access again and if you still face the same issue better to create a new email and give access.
