I can not "activate" my property

For 15 days the google analytics tracking code was not present on my pages.
I inserted again, and the recognition of visits is done again

But in Google Analytics, I do not really have the property: the information is grayed

I can destroy everything and start over, but I lose a history of several years.
Are there any other solution?

Hi Van,
If it's greyed out in the property settings, it means you only have read or edit access. Someone else has admin access.

a couple of questions: Where exactly do you see the grayed information? Is it the access to the Analytics property that is missing now? Did you use the same email login? Is the tarcking-code ID now different from that before?

Hello Dave,

I don't think that somebody else is admin
I had create by myself, I used it for a couple of years without any problem

I have grey information in Admin > property
I always use the same login
the tracking code is still the same

 

I can still use my search console, because i used the html method

When you go to the users page, what user level does it say you have? Can you add a user?

I am french (my english is not terrible), i posted my problem on a french Google forum, but nobody could help me.
My Google Analytics is write in french
So I have not users page, I have "gestion des utilisateurs" i think it is the same
no I can't add new user
I can not find nowhere what is my user level ???

You definitely don't have admin access. Are you certain that you don't have another email login?

You'll have to go through the recovery procedure here https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Tracking-Reporting/Regaining-access-to-your-Google-Analyti...

Start it now and if you did forget what email address you used, the initial mail will be sent there.
