How to unverify an unwanted owner to my gmail

A company that was suppose to be helping me with improving my Google business profile has added itself as an owner in my gmail account.  I attempted to un-verify the company and get the message "We weren't able to unverify ezmarketingtechrow@gmail.com. Google Analytics access still exists."

Please can you allow us to remove this company from my gmail.

Thank you,
The Natural Linen Cupboard Team

Thank you Bryan for your reply. I have altered the post accordingly.

Do you have any ideas as to how we can remove the company as an owner from our account please? Why won't it let us unverify them? I have tried several times and keep getting the error message. Any tips would be most appreciated.

Many thanks

Hi P.E,

You will first need to go to Google Analytics and remove the user: https://analytics.google.com/ Admin > Account > User management

If you do not have access to remove the user then go to this link to gain access: https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/AdWords-Tracking-and-Reporting/How-to-gain-access-to-your-...
