How to report a TOS violation for a site using Analytics

Hello,

I have discovered a site that is using Google Analytics as well as Google API to allow for the authentication of a user with their Google Account.  This site is in clear violation of the TOS for API and the other Google products that are associated with the site.

I am having a serious problem trying to find the place to properly report this site to Google.  There are no ways to report the TOS violation for API, and it keeps putting me into a look trying to report it through the troubleshooting section.

Is there a generic Google Support contact information so we can report the site and get the process started?

Thank you

Hi Fha L,

just for better understanding of your issue: What do you exactly mean by 'using Google Analytics as well as Google API to allow for the authentication of a user with their Google Account'? How do you actually see that a site is using a Google API? What specific terms of servíce do you consider violated?

Christoph

Hi, The site allows a user to log in to their account using Google API. It then compares your contacts against a database of user information obtained during one of the recent hacks of PII data. If a match is returned, the picture, email and name of the matched victim is returned. The violation includes improper use of the victims picture, harassment, hosting of stolen PII and other things in the TOS that are offensive. The data is also known to have the information of minors included within Thank you for your help, Fha

Hi fha,

okay, let's see - do you know which Google API [1] and which country-specific Google TOS [2] are affected in your case?

Have you contacted the site owners? It may be an oversight on their part which they will rectify when you raise it with them, if it is an issue.
