How to not have GA count your smartphone visits

Hi, I just reset my site angrygone.com and I believe I have setup analytics correctly. I am using Chrome on a Windows 10 machine and installed 3 extensions to prevent GA from counting my visits to my own website as well as an IP filter and an ISP filter. What I need to do now is block the visits coming from my smartphone... is there any way to do this?

Hi Alex,

Ghostery does have a standalone app for iPhones, iPads, and iPods and Android.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for responding, Taavi. I did find a Ghostery browser on my Android. Is that what you meant? Do I have to configure it at all?

Hi Alex,

Yes, that's it. Just make sure you've blocked/switched off GA and GTM as well:

If you'd like to read more about blocking internal traffic, you should read those articles:

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further questions.
