How to leave an analytics account after beng invited

My google account is linked to someone elses google analytics account and I am no longer working with them.

I need to link my new website and other domains to a google analytics account but I can't seem to get my google account unlinked from their analytics.

Unfortunately things have gone a bit sour with the company and they will not help by taking me off their end.

When I sign in I just keep getting there analytics account.

Is there I way I can disengage my google account with their google analytics so that I can create my own account for my own tracking purposes?

Many thanks!

To remove your login from access to someone else's Google Analytics account, open Google Analytics, click the Admin link at the top.

Under Account, User management, locate your email address in the list and click the delete link (or the Remove myself from this account button).

Your login will no longer be able to access that Google Analytics account.

NOTE: you can create a new Google Analytics account WITHOUT removing your access to their account -- simply click the button in the Account column and click Create new account...
