Help with moving location of a web page & GA

I have some pages that I'm moving to different locations.  So for example, I'm moving a page from:

http://mydomain.com/enterprise/features.asp (old URL) to

http://mydomain.com/features (new URL)

I have years of stats on the old URL and I want to roll those page statistics over to the new URL. How can I do this?

Hi Rakesh,

You will the old stats of that URL even you change or redirect the page. But it seems you want to combine the history of this two URLs which is not possible as far as i know.

I see 2 options here:

1. Don't change the urls at all, just create a Wordpress site that uses the same url structure as before. So you won't have problems with Search Engine indexes and Google Analytics reports.
2. Change the urls as you were planing and just ignore the fact that Google Analytics reports before and after won't match.

Please let us know, if I provided wrong solution which you are not looking for.

My 2 cents!
