We are still having an issue with our account. We can't seem to figure out how to have full rights as Admins. Under User Management, we keep getting, "You do not have sufficient permissions to modify the users on this account"   But we can't figure out how to change it. Or where to go to fix it.

Hi,

Did you try account recovery options? You can follow the Google Analytics account recovery instructions through following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/troubleshooter/7264014?hl=en#ts=7271146

I hope this helps.

Hi,

I'm having the same issue.

Regarding the proving site ownership section in the info provided by k Güney, can anyone tell me what an analytics.txt file is, how to create it and then how this is added to the top level domain as the article instructs?

Thanks
