Hi,
Our website, www.abcey.com has Google Analytics tracking code with the following UA #: UA-4667407-1. The issue is that we deployed the site and we do not remember what email the UA number that is on our site that it tied to.

From what I read in the forums - 1) Google Support will send out an email to the email tied to the UA # and if that does not work Google Support will provide us with a file to upload to our server so that you can verify that we own the website and then allow us to provide a new email that we can use to access the analytics.

Please let me know what the next steps are to begin the recovery process.

Thanks!

Hi Amanda :-)

This is a user to user community, You will need to create an Adwords account to access Google Support with one of the Online Specialists.
There is a comprehensive post by Niall in the following thread on how to go about an account recovery
(its the one marked as best answer)
