Previously I have had no issues logging into google analytics

however today it doesn't recognise the email address or user, and suggest I create a new login

Any ideas how I can recover the login

Hi :-)
1) Is there another Administrator for the GA account? If so, ask them to check that you are still on the account with the correct permissions.

2) Do you have more than one google account or more than one email address associated with your google account?
If so, pls check that you are using the correct email account to log in with.

Failing those two suggestions, you may need to try to recover the account, there is a comprehensive post by Niall in the following thread on how to go about doing this (its the one marked as best answer)

You will need to create an Adwords account to access the support options. Creating an adwords account is free and does not cost anything.
