Hello,

I would like to be informed if there is any way to recover an e-mail account for an old UA-15356687-1 which is connected with the site (http://www.farmamitsop.gr). Our company will have a new website and we need to retain our old Google Analytics ID. Unfortunately we do not have any information about the account that was created in the past.

Thank you in advance.

Farma Mitsopoulos

Find a local GACP partner and they should know who to work it out with Google. Partners have access to a procedure in order to regain access to a lost account. As a bonus, this partner should be willing and able to help you and make sure your implementation and configuration for the new site is correctly done. Tell the agency up front what are your intention: do you want them to handle the implementation, coach & validate what you do from an implementation perspective, or strictly and only recover the account...
