My chrome browser issue is weird actually as I use an older slower computer at home also with chrome and with full sync login but it works perfectly yet at work on a newer faster computer where it used to work perfectly all day every day - now it is hopeless just gives an error message 'an issue occurred and the screen greys out and that's it' I have no idea why GA just wont work on that particular chrome.

any troubleshooting tips appreciated

Hey David C, how are things?

I think that the computer being old or new is not the problem. You should check on your newest computer for things that are causing conflicts for GA, specially plugins/add-on like AddBlockers.

Malware, spyware and any type of "wares" you can think of too hahaha

Try to use the GA in Incognito mode on the newest computer. If it work, it's definitely something causing conflict on your normal chrome instance. Clear your data, cookies and everything you can to make sure there's to residual left.

Hope this helps.

of course so simple and obvious it's not chrome so it must be something i am running in chrome - still a bit confused as they sync so I'll have to identify what is specific to the one that does not work ( no ad blockers running) but at least I can use GA on chrome now by going incognito
- thanks
