GA Inner account has disappeared and all its properties

Hi,

 

I have two inner accounts created for years in my GA Account.

Well, one of them has completely disappeared from my GA Account which had about 20 properties from 20 differents websites.

Other inner account remains which only has 2 properties configured.

 

I haven't deleted anything, and the last time I checked something within my GA account everything was fine a months ago.

Don't know what to do in order to get it back. I logout and login and no solve at all.

Hi Ramón,

Seems like someone has removed your access. Do you have a colleague or friend who might have a "Manage Users" permission to this account that you've lost?

Hi Taavi,

No, this is not possible, nobody but me has access to this GA account, that's why all of this has no sense.

Is there any backup to take it back? any chance? ...

Recommend you contacting the official support team: https://support.google.com/analytics/

Choose Contact Us -> Email -> Access Issues

Pretty sure that they will get back to you and will try to find the best solution.

Hi Taavi,

There's no option to contact with support in https://support.google.com/analytics/
Maybe that's becouse of my languaje is spanish and there's no support for it, what do you think?
