Former webmaster abandoned account

After changing all other admins' Account Permissions to only Read & Analyze, the former webmaster abandoned the Google Apps account and will not help us recover it so we can no longer make changes to Google Analytics: screenshot

The automated Google Account Recovery process isn't letting us regain access to the webmaster@ account. I'm out of ideas on how to regain access to the webmaster@ account so that we can get back into Google Analytics. Happy to provide any info needed to recover the account. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @Analytics5 B

Sounds like you may need to try to recover the account, there is a comprehensive post by Niall in the following thread on how to go about doing this (its the one marked as best answer)

You will need to create an Adwords account in order to access the support options mentioned. They are only available via a logged into Adwords account. Creating an Adwords account is free and does not need to have any setup or running campaigns etc
