Exclude my computer from Google Analytics data gathering?

I view my website a lot and want to make sure that Google Analytics isn't counting my site visits to the data I'm viewing. For example, I don't want GA to include my visits in any metrics like Bounce Rate, Page/Sessions, Avg Session Duration, etc...is it possible to exclude my computer from data gathering in GA?

Just to add to that answer - if you want create a solution which excludes regardless of whatever IP address you use, you can also use a solution based on custom dimensions. For example: http://www.dirtyanalytics.com/exclude-people-from-google-analytics-data/ The custom dimension solution could, I imagine, be implemented all from Google Tag Manager, if you are using that.
