I track downloads* of various PDF files on a subset dashboard of a larger company intranet site. Starting the beginning of March I am no longer having PDF downloads viewable in the Events. Any recommendations?

Hi Nathan,

usually, such an issue is due to some changes in webpages - pin down the exact day the change occurred and ask your IT department if there were any technical changes on that day on your intranet.

You may also try to discover what's going on by using Google Tag Assistant Recordings [1]. Record at typical PDF access and see what data is actually transferred to Google Analytics.
