Developer console API manager bugs

 There appears to be a bug with your developer console 
in the API Manager. I'm attempting to download my API service account key 
(so that I can use the python API to pull Google Analytics data), but while 
the message pops up that says the file has been downloaded, a full search 
of my hard drive shows no sign of it. I have attempted this on both Mac and 
Windows laptops, using both the .json and .p12 formats, and have gotten the 
same result. Please advise as to how I can obtain my service account key. 

(In addition there may be another bug with the API Manager: when I go 
to "Overview" I get an error message that says "Failed to load". What I 
have noticed is that if I quickly click on "Enabled APIs" before that 
selection disappears and is replaced by the error message, I can then 
access both that page and the "Google APIs" page. As far as I can tell this 
isn't interfering with my authorization process but I just wanted to let 
you know about it.)

I'd recommend that you either seek support on the official API support channel over on Stack Overflow here: http://stackoverflow.com/tags/google-analytics/info
Or, if you prefer, you can file a bug on the issue tracker here: https://code.google.com/p/analytics-issues/issues/list

Unfortunately, we don't deal with the API here.

Hi Tim
I feel your frustration, I really do. Unfortunately, I don't know who's in charge of this. This is the GA peer to peer community. We just help with product usage help. The development community is completely separate.

I'd live to be able to give you a name or an email address, the fact is, I simply don't have one. I have no idea who deals with this sort of issue.

I don't work for Google so I don't have an inside track or anything like that. This community also isn't monitored by anyone from GA. They shut down the API forum on the 30th of November and redirected everyone there to stack overflow for support so that's the extent of what I know right now.

Sorry I can't help any further. If you do manage to find out how to get support for this, I'd genuinely love to know where it is too as we get questions like this frequently.

Thanks for the info. I'm sorry for the confusion - somebody from Google referred me to this site so I was under the impression that they were running/monitoring it. In the extremely unlikely event that I ever do manage to get support, I'll let you know how to find it.
