Combining pre-custom-channel data with new channel data

Background:

We made a new default channel grouping called "pintweet" that has the rule "source contains pintweet".  But, prior to creating this channel, all of our "source = pintweet" were thrown under "(Other)", which contained pintweet as well as others.

Question:

Is there any way to move the pintweet data in "(Other)" (e.g. sessions, new users, etc) and combine it with the new channel grouping "pintweet"?

Example:

Capture1.PNG

Pintweet has 43 sessions right now, but after combing it with the old pintweet data in "(Other)", it'll have "43 + (whatever the old data was)".

Please let me know if this is possible Smiley Happy  Thank you!

Hi Rosa,

default channel grouping is in a pre aggregated state and as such changes to the definitions will not have any impact on historic data. You can use Custom grouping channels instead.
