Client cant grant us manager access to Analytics

 Hi Guys, 

 

Requested our client add us as a manager on their analytics account and they have been unable to do so, it's something I've not seen before so was hoping for some feedback. 

 

account, property, and view sections are crossed out and if you go into user management to add a user it says something about a server error and to try later but that's been about a week now any ideas? 

  

Also getting a code error in tag manager

I tried to add images in here, but it deleted them saying something about HTML issues

Hey Local,

It sounds like they do not have the proper access to grant you what you need. There s a process for them to go through in which they can regain access.
