Clarification of "single user" meaning in Terms of Service

There is  license language limiting use of the service to a "single user."   It's an oddly worded section since you can interpret "single user" to be a single entity (like a company) or a single developer.

Is there any clarification of whether a company is considered a single user for these purposes?  Alternatively is 360 required for any corporate use?  This seems counter to anecdotal  information.

Thanks

As a company you can use the free version of google analytics. Where are seeing "single user"?

Here is the terms of service: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html

And its entity (can be individual or company)

These Google Analytics Terms of Service (this "Agreement") are entered into by Google Inc. ("Google") and the entity executing this Agreement ("You"). This Agreement governs Your use of the standard Google Analytics (the "Service").
