Hi,

Before we always use an email address which is managed via Google Apps for Business to login to Analytics, but after we got migrated to a different exchange platform, that email address no longer works as we got a message saying that account doesn't exist when we try to login to Analytics.

Is there a way to change the ownership from that removed account to a new gmail account we created?

Regards,

Michael

Hi,

There is a post by Niall in the following thread with detailed instructions on "How to recover your Google Analytics Account".

https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/AdWords-Tracking-and-Reporting/Regaining-access-to-your-Go...

It is also marked as the best answer.

Thanks,

Vaibhav

Hi Michael,

Please refer to my second answer for detailed instructions on how to get your account ownership.

You can sign up for an AdWords account using this link: https://adwords.google.com/

In order to gain access to your Google Analytics account, you must have an AdWords account.

Please let me know if you need further assistance,

HTH,

Regards,

Vaibhav
