I worked for a client 3 years ago and therefore became a User of their Google Analytic account.

I know wish to remove myself from their account.

I have followed the steps outlined but at the final page but in User Management never see the big red button that says “Remove Myself From This Account.”

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Hi Darron,
What level of access you have . If you have top level access please go in Admin >> User Management >> Click delete link.

Hope this helps.
Thanks

Thanks Santosh. I have clicked on 'delete' a few times but it acts as if the 'delete' is just text i.e. nothing happens...no idea what else to try.

Hi Darron,

Have you considered sending them an email and asking them to try to revoke/remove your access. Might be worth a try.
