Canceling Google for Work and access to GA

Hi There,

Our company is looking at moving from Google for Work (for email etc), what i am wondering is what happens to our GA logins. e.g. if the Google For Work login is markymark@workydomain.com, and we cancel Google for Work - does  markymark@workydomain.com just become a 'normal' google account, so can we still login to GA under that 'normal' google account?

Note: I have asked Google for Work support about this, and they seem to confirm this, but they said it would be worth checking with the GA team, yet i cant get GA direct support Smiley Happy

My recommendation is to add a secondary email address to the GA account with Admin access before the transition. Then if the account gets sidelined or access gets lost for any reason, you have a backdoor into the GA account to fix things.
