Can't remove a view on Google Analytics

I was granted access to a website's analytics like 9 years ago.

I got out of the project due to problems with the admin.

I just logged in Analytics and I see the website.

I've seen I should be able to delete it by going to "Admin" tab -> View -> View Settings -> Delete this view. The problem is that this option ("Delete this view") doesn't appear, as I'm not admin.

Also, the website doesn't exist since a few years.

Do I have to see this dead website in my Analytics views forever? How can I remove it?

Hi :-)
If you go to the Admin tab ---> Select relevant Account from Account column drop down ---> Select User Management in the Account column below drop down
You should then see the option Remove myself from this account
