Best way to handle analytics on 1,500+ sites

I work for a company currently hosting about 1,500 individual websites. For some awful reason, they're still (re)using old Urchin licenses to track website traffic, but now they've finally decided to rid themselves of Urchin and implement Google Analytics on all 1,500+ sites. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for the best way to manage that many profiles in one GA account? Are there any recommended solutions for a portfolio this size? Just looking for some guidance. Thanks.

Hi Travis, I moved your post from the Google My Business forum to the Google Analytics forum.

Good luck!
