Being Told I Have No Account

Our business has an Analytics account, however lately when we try to log into it, a page comes up saying to sign up. Basically, how is it saying we have no account when I have a tracking UA-ID? The email address, password, and account we're signing in with is all correct. I would just sign up again, but what happens to the old account? Can I sign up with the same account info and use the same tracking UA-ID? Thanks!

No it doesnt work that way. The tracking id is system generated and tied to a particular GA account. which is associated with a particular email login address for a google account.

 

The email address, password, and account we're signing in with is all correct.

There is a GA account access troubleshooter on the linked page.

Should a GA Account recovery become necessary, it will take you thru the required steps.
