Avg. page load time in realTime dashboard

Hi,

How to track avg. page load time for website in real time. Reporting ->Real time->Overview in Google Analytics displays page views every min but we want to track page load time instead of page views. Is there a way we can change this for real time dashboard?

Also is there a way in Google analytics if the average page load time for any page is more than certain seconds it notifies the admins or trigger an email?

Please suggest.

Thanks.

real time reports provide a limited stats of tracking.

Alerts can be set in GA for avg page load times.

eg.:
Avg. Page Load Time

all traffic -> Avg. Page Load Time -> % increases by more than -> 10% -> previous month

Thanks.

We have around 400 active users on our site and page load is an important factor for us to measure the performance of the site. We wanted to figure out what is causing delay in the avg. page load time, is it because of the network and content on our page? Is there a way to measure the network latency in GA?

Minimum interval for custom alerts provided by GA is daily. Is there a way to setup alert on hourly basis or based on the event trigger? Is it possible through custom api provide by GA?
