Analytics - CRM Integration

Can anyone please state the pros & cons of integrating a CRM account (for example into an existing Analytics account?

And explicitly -

1. Do new features become available after such integration in Analytics?

2. How will I see the customers data in Analytics? Does each action of a known user will be documented?

Besides these 2 question I would also appreciate some general tips which one finds helpful.

Hi Adgorithims
You'd integrate analytics into your CRM so that you can tie user behaviour back to the person on the CRM SIDE. Not the GA side.
You cannot import personally identifiable information into GA at any time.

If you don't know why you want to do this, then it's probably not worth it for you.

1) No.
2) You wont. You see it in your CRM, depending on what one you're using and the integration.

A small point though, you CAN connect users to an ID on your end using the USER-ID feature in GA, but that's for your own use in your own backend.
