I have a customer that has a Google Analytics account setup, can access their account but do not have the permissions to add a user (me). So they contacted their web dev and they claim they didn't create the account or have proper access. How can I/we determine what account has the proper permissions?
Or do we start a new Analytics account and change everything in the website to start over?

I am having a similar problem- our administrator can't add the user (me) and I will be managing our analytics accounts from here on out. What are the steps to add a user? And why does it say that the administrator does not have access? This is a different issue than recovering admin login info.
